Content: I've purchased four of your wireless keyboard/mouse combos over the past three years. I absolutely love them and have switched out all over our wired keyboards/mouse with these. The Model number is KM01. I'm having mouse issues with the last one that I bought. Even with new batteries, when I turn it off and back on, the red light comes on, goes off but the mouse doesn't work. Is this something that I can trouble shoot or fix on my end, or do i need to send it in for repair? I'm happy to provide Amazon invoices as proof of purchase.

Content: Hi, I purchased a ergonomic mouse from Amazon on 9/21. It recently has stopped working as the battery says it is fully charged (green), but is dead when turn it on. Additionally, the scrolling feature has become quite jumpy lately, would it be possible for me to get a replacement?
