Content: Stumbled upon your 7L01 mouse via Amazon, risked the purchase and love it.Knew of no other way to let you know.Fortunately, the company I work for embrace ergonomics so purchasing the mouse was no issue. Only comment I would add to your Amazon notes is the mouse is taller than a traditional mouse. So, I tend to hit the mouse with the side of my hand when moving from keyboard to mouse. But that is a 20-year reprograming of my hand. Great job taking initiative and risk to design and invest into something completely different than what is available.

I've tried restarting the computer repeatedly, charged the mouse, adjusted the USB input site and still no luck. Can a replacement one be sent or any additional troubleshoot?
