Content: Hi,I ordered this mouse: Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse, Rechargeable 2.4G Optical Carpal Tunnel Mice: 800/1200 / 1600 DPI, 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Green Purplethrough you on amazon and my order # is Order # 113-8170282-2501012I ordered this mouse as a replacement after the original one I had bought stopped working after about a year and a half of use. I love this mouse design but the replacement has been having issues and I think it may be defective.The click buttons often don't work/ take multiple tries to actually click and the tracking speed of the mouse is really inconsistent/often slow. I have tried charging and also tried using it as a wired mouse. Neither have worked. I also tried using a different USB Port.I also went and checked the drivers for the mouse and my computer says the best/most-uptodate driver is already installed. My computer is up to date and I have tried restarting it. If you have additional advice or are able to send a replacement, I would appreciate it. I have a disability that impacts my hands so having an accessible mouse like this is really important for doing my work and need to get it working ASAP.

Content: Hello I purchased a mouse for my wife about a year ago and it's been working well until recently. Forced some reason it is no longer connecting to the USB. I've attempted the troubleshooting on the product page but no luck so far. I own two other of the same mice for home and work and both work fine with her PC and ports but her mouse does not seem to work on any device we connect it too. I confirmed it is being charged correctly (same charging method as our other mouse.) the odd thing I notice the computers do not seem to register a USB is being entered when I plug in the dongle like the other mice do. So I'm not sure if it's the dongle or the mouse itself.
