Content: Hello,I hope you are doing well.I am reaching out because I purchased the (Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice) from your amazon store in March 2024 and 2 weeks ago the mouse just died on me. it is not due to charge. I charge it about once per week and it has always worked with no issues, but 2 weeks ago it died and i tried to reset it, unplug and plug the usb dongle, restart computer, tried a different computer and it just won't work. the red laser doesn't turn on either.I wanted to see what we can do about this as I believe this is a good product and its probably only a defective unit.
