Content: Ergonomic Mouse is NOT charging. I am using the provided cord. It's plugged in. The cord is successfully charging other devices but when it is in the mouse, it doesn't charge. I have tried charging it for 24 hours. This is not an acceptable experience. Your products advertise as rechargeable but they don't recharge. I bought it from Amazon and can no longer return.
