Content: Good evening, I purchased a wireless rechargeable ergonomic mouse in October and received it on Oct 23rd, 2023. I was replacing one that I previously was using for several years before. This new mouse stopped working after less than 2 months on December 21st. It is not a charging issue. There is absolutely no red light after a full week of charging whatsoever. What is the warranty policy for this? I want a replacement as this is very disappointing.
