Content: Hello! I have an Vertical Wireless Mouse - LEKVEY Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical that is no longer charging. This is my first time charging the mouse since receiving it a few months ago. When I plug it in, I see the red charging light for a few seconds, then it goes out. Is there anyway I can receive a new mouse?I ordered the mouse on Amazon.com through my job and can ask my IT department for the order # if you need.
