Even after fully-charged, the cursor is breaking and doesn't browse continuously. Looking the the laser light at the bottom of the mouse, the beam is flashing. Is it possible to get a replacement one?

Content: Hello, I purchased an ergonomic mouse in 2020 that broke and was sent a replacement. The replacement has also broken in the same way; the scroll wheel has detached.
