My cable to charge it went bad and you guys nicely sent me a new charging cable. But now my mouse sounds like everything inside of it is moving. I use it daily for work. There always seems to be a connection issue (bluetooth), but I always got it to work. However, now the middle buttons (2,5,8..) aren't working. I don't know how to fix that. Please advise.
