Content: Hello, I have your mouse and for a few months not working. I did try your troubleshooting steps and the mouse does not work. It does not connect to two different computers and does not charge. Many times, the pointer does not move. I did reboot, did use your notes to try and fix. Can you send me new one. Peter

Content: I tried charging the mouse on my laptop, also tried different wall chargers but to no avail. I also tried chargin my phone with those settings in case the cable or the wall chargers didn't work, but that wasn't the case. What can I do?
