Product ID:Subject: Mouse quit working
Content: I have had my mouse since January 31, put it in service on February 1. I use it in the mornings for a couple of hours on work days. I've had to charge it twice - seems about right. But it died yesterday, I shut it off, and plugged it in. This morning, I unplugged it, turned it on, and used it without a problem for about 30 minutes, and now it is dead again. I have tried shutting it off and turning it back on, and it will not turn on.Is there any way I could troubleshoot it beyond what I have already done or would it be possible to get a replacement?Thank you!Best Regards,Sara Wasylewski
