Content: Good morning, I purchased the Lekvey rechargeable mouse last year and I misplaced the USB port that allows it to connect to computers. I was wondering if i can replace that part in order to keep using this mouse. I believe it has a 24 month warranty. Please let me know what i can do to obtain it.

Subject: Scroll Wheel not functioning properly
Content: I purchased the Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice from Amazon on June 11, 2024 (Order # 111-8924807-5700216). The scroll wheel is not functioning properly and will scroll down a few lines and then scroll up. The mouse PC settings have not changed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device as well as take it apart and clean the wheel. Please let me know what my next steps are to getting this fixed.

Subject: Mouse slowly not working
Content: Hi, I purchased this mouse on Amazon. I've had it for about several months now. I noticed that regards of it being plugged in or not plugged in. It's slowly starting to lose its ability to function and work properly. Is that something just to be expected with the mouse or does it slowly stop working and tracking as well? I've cleaned the pad off and the sensor I have kept it charged and then uncharged it. Nothing seems to be really affecting it to work better
