Content: Purchased a "BT181” previously July 24th, 2024. The keypad has slowly increasing in time it takes to connect to the computer. It is only connecting to charge, and will not send input. I do not know how to use the reset button on the keypad. The computer I use will not allow me to reset connection to the computer; to forget device. It is a work computer. Thank you
