Content: Hello, I bought your rechargeable Ergonomic Mouse from Amazon at the end of August this year and the scroll option is no longer working. I can use it to click, but the wheel no longer scrolls on the page. I've tried restarting the mouse, my computer, and looking through all the device settings but still can't get it to work. Content: Hi!I purchased a mouse on amazon back in December 27, 2022.The mouse worked fine for a while, but has been having issues such as:-having to press extra hard, or multiple times to register a click-the mouse is double clicking-scroll wheel is very jittery-mouse cursor is not as responsivePlease let me know what I could do about this! I really like this mouse and don't want to replace it with another product. Thank you!

Content: Hi, I purchased a Lekvey Ergonomic Vertical Wireless mouse in late August 2023. .. the mouse was working ok, then I needed to charge it. I charged it, it was still working ok. However, the next time it needed charging I charged it for a few hours, but it would not take the charge. I tried doing a reset as per the instructions, but still nothing, no lights at all when I turn it on. Extremely disappointed, it only has lasted 2-3 months. This is unacceptable. Should last at least a year or more. What can be done?
