Content: Dear Lekvey Support Team,When I first switch my mouse on, it works great. However, after a minute or two of inactivity, the mouse seems to 'go to sleep' and then when it wakes up, the cursor is slow and jerky. It begins to work again if I physically switch the mouse on & off. This means I must turn the mouse on & off about 100 times a day...Can this be fixed?

Content: Hello, the wheel became very jumpy. when i scroll one direction it keeps scrolling up and down, so it's very jumpy.Most likely I need to clean it, but i have no idea how to open it without breaking it.I tried with a small screwdriver but it won't come apart.Can you advise? I've had it 6 months and can't use the wheel anymore.
