Content: Hi! I bought a mouse from Amazon, and it has since broken. The product was delivered October 12th, and stopped working. I am outside of amazons return window, but would like a replacement. The mouse will not charge. It worked great for 5 weeks, but when charging does not work after. I have tried many outlets, wall plugs, and ISB cables (including trying to use it as a wired mouse with a data cable). This is the ergonomic mouse. I love the product, and am hopeful that this one is just defective. Please let me know what my options are. Thanks!
