Content: I ordered this from Amazon and I've only used it a couple times and it stopped working. When I plug it in to charge, the light is yellow, which I've read means it's already charged. When I turn it on with the dongle in the USB port, it does nothing. I've switched USB ports and no response. It's like the mouse is dead.

Content: Hello,I recently purchased the Lekvey wireless keyboard and mouse combo on Amazon. I'm having some trouble with the keyboard, as some of the keys don't respond when I hit them. I'm often left with words that are missing letters when I finish typing, so I have to go back and type again making sure to press the keyboard very hard or press certain letters multiple times to get them to work. Is it possible for you to send me a replacement keyboard? Please let me know if you need additional information on my order.Thank you!Jake Perington

Content: This is to supplement another message I sent earlier regarding this mouse both in mid-September: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RQL8GJ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The mouse was fully charged, movement and right click both work fine but left key doesn't respond to clicking. Swapped to three other computers and the mouse showed the same behavior, other mouse works just fine with the same computers.
