Content: Hi, I have purchased the wireless rechargeable wireless mouse about 1 year ago, and the mouse is now malfunctioning. Even after fully-charged, the cursor is breaking and doesn't browse continuously. Looking the the laser light at the bottom of the mouse, the beam is flashing. Is it possible to get a replacement one?

Content: Hello, I purchased an ergonomic mouse in 2020 that broke and was sent a replacement. The replacement has also broken in the same way; the scroll wheel has detached. When I purchased initially it was under a lifetime warranty so I'd like to replace it if possible. I'm trying to find the emails from when I got the replacement but so far no luck. Content: Hello - I bought one of your vertical mice and I really liked it. However, I'm starting to have issues w/ the ball and scrolling. When I scroll, the page will bounce back and forth and wont just scroll like normal. It worked for awhile but now every time I try to scroll, this bouncing happens. Content: Greetings! I purchased the upright ergonomic mouse approximately three years ago and have been thoroughly pleased with the purchase. However, over the past several weeks I’ve noticed that the scroll feature is now very jumpy and unpredictable.
