Content: I've purchased four of your wireless keyboard/mouse combos over the past three years. I absolutely love them and have switched out all over our wired keyboards/mouse with these. The Model number is KM01. I'm having mouse issues with the last one that I bought. Even with new batteries, when I turn it off and back on, the red light comes on, goes off but the mouse doesn't work. Is this something that I can trouble shoot or fix on my end, or do i need to send it in for repair? I'm happy to provide Amazon invoices as proof of purchase.
