Content: Hi! I have a keyboard of yours that I love. Unfortunately I changed jobs and forgot to take the USB out of the docking station that I use. Is there any way to get a replacement for that piece or are they all unique? Thanks for all of your help!

Content: The device continually disconnects from my computer. It takes hours some times for the device to show back up when I "add device". I have changed out the batteries and the issue persists. The first month or two the device worked great, but the last few weeks it has been annoying. Any suggestions?

Content: I purchased your vertical mouse through Amazon, however the plastic axle that holds the scroll wheel in place, broke and is now unusable. I find that as a very bad flaw.
