Content: I've been using the Lekvey Vertical Rechargeable mouse for about a month. I'm having a problem with the wheel sticking if it's double-clicked or pressed. I use AutoCAD and use the wheel (pressed) to pan the image and double-click to zoom to the edges of the drawing. But it just keeps sticking. Content: Hello, I purchased a Lekvey ergonomic mouse during Amazon Prime Day this year and am experiencing problems with the mouse. I tried charging the mouse to full (green light) as well as doing a factory reset (holding left button, right button, and middle button for 3 seconds) but the mouse continues to stutter a lot when moving it. I have a logitech mouse that I also use and it doesn't stutter or stop when used on the same mouse pad. Could I get a replacement or refund?
