Content: Hi, I recently purchased the “Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Black”through Amazon under order 112-4852133-5065815 on May 2, 2024. I have loved this product it is truly amazing mouse and has worked great so far, up until a few days ago the light no longer came on when charging and now is entirely unresponsive and does not seem to turn on.
