Content: The item seems to be working defectiveness. It either delays to turn on and repeatedly types numbers like "4444444444" or whatever number I need. I have to continuously plug in and out the laptop to get it to work properly. I need another one or a refund please, preferably without the cord in hopes it will work better. Thank you.
