Content: The item seems to be working defectiveness. It either delays to turn on and repeatedly types numbers like "4444444444" or whatever number I need. I have to continuously plug in and out the laptop to get it to work properly. I need another one or a refund please, preferably without the cord in hopes it will work better. Thank you.

But recently, the scrolling wheel will go the opposite direction which is very frustrating. Is there a chance I can get a replacement? My mouse suddenly stopped working today. It’s fully charged (I plugged it in for 3 hours to be sure), I’ve restarted, ensured it’s on, and my old mouse works on my computer. I followed all troubleshooting steps. The mouse lights up for a second, then doesn’t respond at all. Help?
