Content: Hello, I bought your wireless ergonomic mouse back in September 2023 from Amazon. Yesterday during work, the mouse stopped working. I tried all the trouble shooting steps and charged the mouse for 6 hours but it will not turn back on and the red light is not on. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
