Content: Hello, I purchased this Levkey ergonomic mouse from Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CGWGVV1G/?th=1I bought it on October 21, 2023 and recently the scroll wheel has started malfunctioning and scrolls in the opposite direction of what I intended.I very much enjoy this brand of mouse, as this is my second time purchasing from your company. I encountered this same issue on my first mouse, but assumed it was due to age, as I had owned it for a few years at that point.
