Content: I have bought 2 of these mouses. The 2nd one I bought a year ago and now it doesn't seem to hold charge and is still seeming low on battery while plugged in. Content: Congratulations on an awesome ergonomic mouse.I can't say enough good about it to my friends and family. I misplaced the packaging but it's the wireless USB-C rechargeable model. When I plug in the cable I get a faint red glow on the swish on the thumb position. It goes out after a while, but isn't it supposed to change color or some way to tell me it's fully charged?

Content: I ordered the Lekvey Ergonomic mouse off of Amazon about a month ago. It worked great for about a month, but now it no longer works.To be clear, all the buttons work, but it no longer tracks movement. I've tried all the fixes I can find online, including updating drivers and attempting to reset the mouse to factory settings - nothing has fixed the issue.I like this product and would like to continue using it, but I need help fixing my mouse or getting a replacement.Thank you.
