Content: Hello! I purchased one of your ergonomic mouse last March, and I have been so happy with it! It has helped me so much as I’m recovering from surgery on my wrist. I recently unplugged the receiver from my computer, and noticed the plastic housing is chipping. It wasn’t a big deal, but then when I plugged the receiver into my usb hub, the connection is very loose and has become intermittent. I was wondering if you could help, possibly provide a new receiver? Thank you!
