Content: I like my ergonomic mouse. But one thing that drives me nuts is the jumpy scrolling.I thought it was my windows, but I have a smaller traditional mouse I use for my laptop for portability purposes, and when I connect that mouse it works fine. Is there a fix?

Content: I purchased this mouse in jan of 2023 and recently it has starting being really difficult to use when scrolling. the scroll wheel jumps around erratically and it makes it very difficult to do my work. I am requesting a replacement as I believe I am in the warranty period still.

Subject: Levkey mouse skipping after a few months
Content: This mouse started skipping about 6 months after I bought it. I tried cleaning around the inside and this helped for a day or so but that is it. It's extremely frustrating. Is there a way to fix this or is this just what happens with this mouse? If so, I'd like a refund.
