I'm assuming the mouse should last longer than 7 months. How do I get a replacement?

Content: The scroll wheel isn’t working. For example, when scrolling downward, it will randomly scroll up (and vis versa). I’ve tested in many different applications (web browser, Microsoft word, etc.) and it always happens and is very frustrating

However, it it stopped working after about 3 years. I liked the product so much I purchased it again in 3/13/2023, ORDER # 113-8906223-1167414. Unfortunately, this last one didn't last as long as the first. The red light flashes on and off even after charging overnight. Does the product have a warranty? Also, how should I dispose of the product? This is a great mouse and I would like another one if possible. Thank you.
