Content: Hello, I ordered a Levkey Bluetooth number pad on Amazon which was delivered February 18, 2024. I didn’t need to use the number pad till recently and noticed that it has a very rough input delay if not typed on for a few seconds. I saw that it has a sleep feature but I am getting the delay even after powering it off and on and waiting about 20 seconds. I would really appreciate being able to return this product despite it being out of the return window. Thank you!

Content: Hello, I have missed my return window by 3 days and I am just not happy with this calculator. The one I had previously worked great, but unfortunately some water spilled on it. This new one is very sensitive, I have to constantly hit the key to "unlock" it, battery life seems to be very low, and the worst thing is that you can't seem to use it while it's charging. If there are any remedies to these problems, I'd be happy to try them. Would it be possible to get a replacement?Thank you - Lori
