Content: Hi there. I recently purchased your wireless keyboard & mouse on Amazon. I love the look - however I noticed that when I’m typing, not all the keys acknowledge my typing so I need to go back & fix missed letters constantly. I don’t want a refund but am unsure what to do. I already have it set up at work & don’t have a back up if I need to return it. I love the style. Is this a common issue? What can I do? Hope to hear from you soon! Content: The device continually disconnects from my computer. It takes hours some times for the device to show back up when I "add device". I have changed out the batteries and the issue persists. The first month or two the device worked great, but the last few weeks it has been annoying. Any suggestions?
