Content: I received the Lekvey ergonomic 2.4G wireless rechargeable mouse for christmas. The mouse goes into sleep mode very quickly ~10seconds, and is extremely difficult to wake up. It's causing loss of productivity becoming increasingly frustrating to use. Is this normal, or is the mouse defective? If this is normal, I'd like to return it. The feel and use of the mouse is great when it actually works, but the pros are quickly being outweighed by the cons.

Content: I recently ordered a mouse/keyboard combo from Amazon through this seller, and there is an issue. I was sent a mouse/keyboard set of a different make/model. I bought used, which is fine if the products sent matched the description on Amazon. The keyboard seems to have the functionality I wanted, but the mouse sent is not a rechargeable mouse.
