Content: Hi, my wireless mouse is no longer working, I have trier charging it numerous times. The red light will go on when I turn it on, indicating that it should be working. Then it does not work. I made sure my usb posrt is functioning properly and my bluetooth. Can you please advise or refund my money. I am happy to return it.

Content: The ergonomic mouse I purchased through amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BFCVJZC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) has started malfunctioning. The scroll wheel no longer scrolls smoothly, it jumps up AND down when I scroll, making it useless. As this is still under warranty, I was hoping for a replacement.

Content: Hi Susan,I hope you are doing well in these trying times. I am writing to let you know that I have truly enjoyed using my Lekvey mouse over the past few months as I've been working from home. It has really helped with my carpal tunnel syndrome, however it has recently started having issues. When I'm scrolling, it glitches and jumps up or down. The opposite way of what I'm trying to get it to do. I hoped it was just a temporary thing, but it seems to be increasing in frequency so that it does it all the time, now. Is there anything that can be done to fix it? I've really loved using it but it's started getting frustrating.I look forward to hearing back from you.Sincerely,Krissa Ferland

Content: Purchased a wireless keyboard/mouse combo via Amazon. Within 15 minutes the mouse stops working, my first thought batteries were not good, went to install new batteries I found it hot to the touch and it took 15 minutes for them to cool down enough to take out and replace, only to find that the mouse stopped working within 15min and batteries were as hot as the first time and when I checked the keyboard found it was hot as well although only 70% compared to the mouse.I already recycled the box but do have my Amazon receipt.Please let me know what next steps I need to do to a) replace;b) get a refund.Thank you
