Content: My mouse is completely unresponsive. It just stopped working. There is no light. I’ve charged it for several hours, I checked the charger by plugging in other devices and they all charge fine. I tried connecting it to the computer with a wire, I tried the on/off switch many times, I’ve pushed all the buttons. No luck. I unplugged and plugged the usb, I’ve checked the usb port. Still nothing. I’ve had this mouse for 3 weeks. It hasn’t sustained any physical damage. What can I do?

Content: Hello, I purchased an ergonomic vertical wireless mouse back in September, 2024 and it recently stopped working. I thought the battery was just low, so I charged it for a day. That did not work. So, I changed the USB port and turned it off and on again a few time. I did the factory reset (push the wheel and the two side buttons), but that did not do anything. Do you have any other tips I could try? I LOVE this mouse and really need it working again. Thanks!

Content: I purchased your Bluetooth 34 key pad in August. I have used less than a handful of times. I have been trying to connect it to my laptop and it won't connect. It now shows as "30434abd" as the device to connect in the Bluetooth devices. This is not what it was when it was new. When I connect to it, it will still not work though. Do you have any suggestions. I am not happy with the durability of the item.
