Content: I purchased a Lekvey Wireless Vertical Rechargeable Mouse via Amazon last year and this morning I went to use it, but it will not work. The USB is plugged in and the mouse has a charge, but it will not work still. It’s not the laptop as my other wireless mouse works fine. The mouse was working fine 2 days ago, but randomly stopped today. When I turn it on, the red light on the bottom flashes but then goes dim. Could I please get a replacement sent?

Content: Hi, I bought your left handed mouse, Lekvey wireless 2.4 G USB left handed ergonomic vertical mouse, on May 25, 2020. I used it successfully until last month, when it started not tracking properly. Nothing happened to it, and I see no issues or dust anywhere. The batteries were new and still fine.
