Content: Hello, I’ve owned my mouse for 15 days and it no longer charges. I’ve tried multiple ports just in case but whenever I plug it to power, the red light turns off and doesn’t charge after about 1 minute. I wanted to reach out before I sent a non working item back. Content: My mouse works but sometimes after turning on the red light does not come on right away. Sometimes I even have to shake the mouse for the light to turn on. Ones the light is on it works well but I am frustrated by having shake the product when I want to us it/wonder if there is a short in the mouse. Is there anything you can do for me?
