Content: Hello. I purchased this mouse on 7/16/24 on Amazon. Shortly after I started using it, the USB plug itself broke, with a piece of the black plastic breaking off when removing it from the port. I was able to keep it plugged into my computer and working for a while, but the plug just fell completely apart. I haven’t had it that long and am looking to see if I can get a replacement! Content: The USB that goes into computer is broken. The metal is getting stuck in computer USB and the chip is putting out and detaching. I've just got it out but don't want to put back into computer because it keeps getting stuck and causing damage. Can you send me a replacement USB or help for this repair?
