Content: I had purchased Lekvey rechargable mouse last year (item model number ‎7L-01). The mouse has started to act up for the past couple of months especially while scrolling there are fantom scrolls i.e. I scoll up it would go 1 page up and then 1 page down. Can you please help me with this issue with the product.

Content: Hello, I had purchased the ‎Lekvey 7L-01 Ergonomic Mouse on Jan 16, 2023 and it has stopped functioning properly. The mouse would stop working intermittently after being fully charged and this impacts my normal workflow. Can this be fixed or would it be possible to get a replacement? Thank you.

Content: My mouse has stopped working after less than 6 months. I have tried different USB port and once device is set up it is still not moving on the screen. Subject: Scroll wheel issues
Content: I bought the right handed vertical mouse on Amazon in Feb 2022 and it has been great up until about a month ago. The scroll wheel will scroll up when trying to scroll down, and vice versa. Same happens when I press Ctrl on the keyboard and use the scroll wheel to zoom in/out. It's very frustrating when trying to present for work. Any settings or suggestions to get it to stop?

Content: Iv used it for 1 day at work and about half way through it seemed like it died. I plugged it in and was still able to use it and it was fine then it died again. So I plugged it into a wall adapter and left it to charge. Came to use it today (day 2) and it will turn on and work for about 5 minutes then it turns off again. I flip the on off switch and it will work for a few seconds then it will turn off again. I can't get it to stay on any more. Am I doing something wrong?
