Product ID:Subject: Mouse not responding even when fully charged
Content: I bought the Wireless Ergonomic mouse about 2 months ago. When I turn it on, it will light up for 1 second then turn back off. When I plug in the USB for it, it will not respond, and the computer will not recognize it at all. The computer will not even recognize that anything was plugged in at all. It will not even make the noise that something has been plugged in. I have tried using it with 2 different laptops, (a Chromebook, and a Windows 10 laptop). Neither of which recognized the mouse either. Could I send in the mouse for a repair or get a replacement, please?
