Content: I have contacted your customer service about 10-12 months ago because my mouse quit scrolling properly. Your company kindly sent me a new mouse as the other was no longer working. Now, the mouse that you sent me to replace the broken one, is doing the same thing. Sometimes it will not scroll or click at all and sometimes it scrolls backwards. The exterior condition of the mouse is in excellent condition and has not been dropped or damaged at all. I am not sure if there is anything I can do to the mouse to remedy this. I appreciate you taking the time to look into this matter and I hope you hear from you soon. Thank you
