Content: I bought this mouse for my boss, and he used it for a few months, and suddenly the mouse wasn't working and tried to charge it or change the battery. then i tried to charge it using it on another computer and same thing happened. then tried to use another mouse on same computer and then i realized that the USB damaged the computer and i am unable to use a keyboard or the mouse cause all the USB slots are damaged. it was very stressful couple of days since my boss wasn't able to use his computer. Our IT had to spend a whole day trying to fix the computer. I would like to return if that is possible. thank you,

Content: I purchased an ergonomic mouse from you on Amazon and it is now not functioning properly. The left click button acts as the right click button. Charging it fully, turning off/on or disconnecting from laptop does not correct the problem. My old wireless mouses work just fine but not this Lekvey model. I purchased it on March 22 2024. I know that is a long time ago but all other mouses I've had last years and years. Is this the typical lifespan? One year?
