Subject: Ergonomic rechargeable wireless mouse
Content: When I use the scrolling wheel, the scrolling on the screen is very jerky, jumpy and not smooth. I did all the recommended trouble shooting and adjusting mouse settings and that didn't work. I used a different mouse and did not have the same issue. What are my options?

Content: I purchased a Lekvey wireless 6D ergonomic mouse a couple of months ago. It is no longer working. I replaced the batteries, moved the dongle to another USB port, and tried loading new drivers. When I turn the power on, the red light on the bottom flashes and then turns off, and the mouse does not move the cursor. I tried restarting the mouse wile holding down the left, middle, and right buttons and the red light stays on indefinitely, but the mouse does not control the cursor. What should I do to restore connectivity with the compter.Thanks

Content: Hello, I purchased the ergonomic mouse in January '24 and it's been great up until this morning when it stopped working. I've tried charging it to full and resetting it by holding own the 3 buttons, but haven't had any luck. When I turn the power on, the bottom light blinks red once but that's all. I appreciate any help, thank you.
