Subject: Ergonomic Vertical Wireless Mouse Not Responding
Content: My mouse will not work. I thought it was dead, so I charged it until the light indicator turned green and the minute I flip the switch to 'ON', it flashes red on the bottom and goes out. It does not pair with my device or hold a charge it seems. Also the case to the USB drive it came with just fell off so now some sort of chip is exposed inside of it. I only got about 8 months of use out of my mouse and I am really disappointed.

Content: I order this mouse last year and earlier this year I got a replacement due to the scroll not working. My replacement mouse just stopped working. I charged it for hours, tried different chargers, and it won’t turn on. When I turn the switch to on the red light turns on and immediately turns off and doesn’t function. Connection is fine, seems to not be charging anymore, I am not sure. Can someone help?
