Content: Hello I purchased an ergonomic vertical mouse from this company in April and it suddenly stopped working. I was using it just fine at my work place Friday afternoon. Turned the device off for the weekend. When I came back on Monday morning, the device was unresponsive. I tried the troubleshooting steps offered through Amazon and it hasn't resolved my issue.
