Content: I purchased this mouse in November of 2023 and it died the other day. I have charged it multiple times (with different chargers) and it won't work. I tried the hard reset too.

Subject: Scroll wheel not working well
Content: Hello, My amazon purchase ORDER # 113-8786708-7443444. Its less then a year old and i'm having issues with the scroll wheel. When scrolling up or down it consistently scrolls the other way. I'll still be able to scroll to the top or bottom but its very jumpy and getting worse over time.

Content: Hello, I have only used this brand new mouse for three weeks and it has already stopped working. I have tried all of the troubleshooting videos and what not. After charging for a few hours, it'll work for about 30 minutes then shut off. I've attempted all of the troubleshoot options available and would like a replacement mouse. Please advise.

Content: My mouse is fully charged, I’ve reset following the instructions to put usb in another port, turn on and hold left, right, and middle buttons and release after 3 seconds. Even tried longer and no change. I’ve uninstalled it and reconnected it to my pc and the issues are the same. I’ve tried clicking the DPI button a few times and testing with each click and there is no change

I absolutely love this mouse and it has solved all my issues with my arm hurting while I work. In the last week or two, the left click began to not work properly. Unfortunately, I now have to repeatedly click the left click 3-6 times before a single click will occur which is a major annoyance and something I have never experienced in my everyday use of your product. I saw on your website that you have a 24 month warranty period and I was wondering if there is any way I can get shipped a new Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse to replace my current one.
