Content: Hello, i purchased this mouse in October and it’s been amazing, but in the last month i have been noticing issues while scrolling. It will jump all over the screen and I can’t figure out what the issue is.

Content: Hello, I purchased the ergonomic mouse in January '24 and it's been great up until this morning when it stopped working. I've tried charging it to full and resetting it by holding own the 3 buttons, but haven't had any luck. When I turn the power on, the bottom light blinks red once but that's all. I appreciate any help, thank you.

Content: Just purchased the vertical mouse and have never used one before. I am not a techie but when monitor goes into sleep mode (I have bubbles) the mouse does not wake the monitor up and have a hard time finding the mouse have to keep moving it around for it to appear. Not sure if I have the correct dpi speed. I have clicked it but not sure if I have it correct. Does the mouse have to be a specific spot for it to change to a different screen click it a lot til gets to the different screen. Any help you could provide will be appreciated and is there a learning curve to the vertical mouse? I hope what I wrote makes sense. Thank you.

Content: I bought the Ergonomic mouse back in February and by the end of March it was no longer working. I've tried the troubleshooting instructions that are on amazon, but nothing has worked. I've tried charging it multiple times but the red light does not appear. I've tried plugging in the usb to different ports, and all other solutions that have not worked. Please advise, thank you.

Content: Hi,I purchased an Ergonomic Vertical Mouse on January 27th, 2024 on the Lekvey Amazon store. The mouse itself has been perfect until last week when I started to face scroll wheel issues. For example, when I scroll down the page will randomly scroll back up, and vice versa. Outside of this issue, I really enjoy the product. Content: Ordered ergonomic vertical mouse from Amazon and the scroll on it is messed up when you scroll up. its all glitchy and jumps down when you scroll up. This is VERY difficult to work like this. Amazon warranty says to contact the seller.
