Subject: Scroll wheel dysfunction
Content: Hi, my mouse was purchased a year ago. I’ve been dealing with this issue for a month now where the scroll wheel isn’t working properly, when trying to scroll a specific way, will usually scroll the opposite way. It’ll take around 10 seconds for it to scroll to where I want it to. I was hoping this would resolve itself. Please help me. I work from home and need my mouse working correctly. Thank you.

Content: Hello,This mouse was purchased for me in August of last year and I had only needed to charge it once during that time. In the past month, I've needed to leave this mouse on the charger, almost daily. I'm not sure what happened, but the battery life is almost nonexistent at this point. Is there a replacement piece that can be sent or am I out of luck?

Content: Hi,Having an issue with the ergonomic wireless mouse. This is actually the second one I've bought. The first one slowly stopped working/responding, but it had been a few years at that point, so I bought a new one. This was in October 2023. It's been slowing down pretty dramatically recently, and sometimes stops responding at all now. There is a delay from moving my mouse to the actual mouse on screen responding, and clicking is 50/50 if the click will work. I've tried all of the troubleshooting options on the Amazon support page (unplugging/plugging, repairing, driver updates, etc. etc.) and none of these have helped unfortunately. I'm not sure if I have a mouse that's a bit faulty, but wanted to see if there was anything else to try. I like the feel of the mouse over other ergonomic mouses I've tried, but of course functionality is the most important piece.Thank you in advance for any help.Matt
