Content: Hi,Having an issue with the ergonomic wireless mouse. This is actually the second one I've bought. The first one slowly stopped working/responding, but it had been a few years at that point, so I bought a new one. This was in October 2023. It's been slowing down pretty dramatically recently, and sometimes stops responding at all now. There is a delay from moving my mouse to the actual mouse on screen responding, and clicking is 50/50 if the click will work. I've tried all of the troubleshooting options on the Amazon support page (unplugging/plugging, repairing, driver updates, etc. etc.) and none of these have helped unfortunately. I'm not sure if I have a mouse that's a bit faulty, but wanted to see if there was anything else to try. I like the feel of the mouse over other ergonomic mouses I've tried, but of course functionality is the most important piece.Thank you in advance for any help.Matt
