Content: I purchased the keyboard/mouse combo on January 25, 2021 through amazon (Order #702-1642332028205). I was issued a replacement through your website due to some issues with the original hardware and have absolutely loved the product ever since. I now notice that the mouse has lost its' sensitivity and doesn't always respond to movements - or does so but delayed and all over the place. I don't want to buy a mouse somewhere else and was wondering what we can do about this. Is this a normal issue after 2 months of use? Am i able to obtain a new mouse only? (the keyboard is still perfectly fine).Hopefully you can help out as I am very satisfied with your products and have recommended them to many of my co-workers. Thank you!! :)

Content: I purchased the Left Handed Mouse, Lekvey Wireless 2.4G USB Left Hand Ergonomic Vertical Mouse on Amazon.com.I was disappointed to find that along the center is a roughly joined line of plastic that is uncomfortable to the hand. Is that a known issue with the model, or did I receive a damaged unit?

Content: HiI purchased this from Amazon middle of August 2020. I used the keyboard and mouse every day for work and really like the keyboard. However, today I was using it and it just stopped working. The mouse works fine and for troubleshooting I changed the batteries, unplugged/replugged the Bluetooth USB, restarted my computer, flipped the keyboard on/off several times, and even tried a second and third computer. On all of the the mouse works fine but the key board does not work whatsoever. There is no physical damage to the keyboard at all (I can send pictures to verify). Any idea why it would just stop working mid-sentence and is this something covered by warranty or is there any further troubleshooting that can be recommended?
