Content: My mouse all of a sudden just stopped working while I was at work. I had it since mid May and it was working perfectly until now. I tested the other USB ports, and those are all working just fine. Is there a way I can get a replacement?

Subject: Numeric Keypad will not pair. Defective?
Content: Just purchased Levkey Numeric Keypad. I've charged it for many hours to make sure it has power. Despite trying to pair it for hours and toggling Bluetooth off / on multiple times, the Levkey Numeric Keypad it will not pair with ANY of my Apple devices - MacBook Pro Laptop, iPad, or iPhone. Seems to me the item is defective. is there anything else I need to try before I return it for a refund?

Content: Hey I bought one of your mouses off amazon and its no longer working for me, i bought it in march and it was doing really well super smooth and the best change I ever made for my hands an wrist was getting this Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical. But I don't know what to do with the mouse anymore because it has a clink sound inside like something is rolling and the power started going off an on even after a full nights charge and now the mouse won't even operate at all anymore Like it will come on for a bit then die and when it is up the mouse has major delay on the screen but it only stays up for a short burst before crashing back out. Is there anything you guys can do for the mouse?
