I only use the mouse in my office, It never fell, never got wet, and I have already tried all the solutions provided in the instructions, but the pointer doesn't move at all, the other buttons work, but It just stopped working. Tried everything, even on a different computer, and still got nothing. Please your help

Content: My ergonomic mouse just quick working out of nowhere. USB ports and charging are fine. It actually quit working on a day I charged it and it usually lasts a few weeks between charges. The red light will turn off immediately after I turn it on. I'm not sure what could be wrong with it.
