I purchased it in May 2020 and one of the mouse buttons doesn't connect, consistently. Something under it, seems to be moving or the connector is faulty. Content: the 6 key on the keypad of the model KM01 I recently purchased is stuck part way down it still functions but the tactile response is wrong and I often find I don't think the key actuated when it did. Item was purchased on Amazon and is still eligible for returns if that is the easiest remedy.
