Content: I recently switched jobs due to a layoff. Before I could get my USB from my old employers laptop they took it with the USB still in it. Now my left-handed ergonomic mouse can’t be used at my new job because I do not have the USB. Is there a way to swap out the mouse, get a new USB, or get a a new USB configured to the mouse I have.

The usb on this mouse seems to have stopped working which is the same issue I had with the previous mouse I had from your brand. The mouse still has the red light on the bottom. Content: Item: Lekvey Small Hand Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Gray BlackI bought this item on June 9, 2025 as a second mouse because I had purchased a previous Lekvey mouse about 4 years ago and it still works well. However, after about 2 months, the scroll wheel sunk in and is unable to scroll. This has been very disappointing especially since it was beyond the Amazon return window. The small user manual mentions under “Maintenance” a warranty but I see no mention of a warranty elsewhere. Now I’m stuck with a unusable mouse that didn’t match the quality of product I though I’d be receiving based on my last purchase of Lekvey products.
