Content: Hello Levkey team, I have purchased my second ergonomic vertical mouse in a few years on Amazon, a couple months ago. I noticed recently that the scrolling doesn't work half the time as if the sensor in the wheel has degraded somehow. I was curious if there's a way to fix it or if you are able to sending me another one. I've enjoyed this product and am hoping to continue to use it going forward if the scrollwheel can be fixed or if it's a product bug that can be replaced. Thanks and cheers,Branon Eusebio
