Content: I purchase your Ergonomic Vertical Mouse from Amazon Dec. 30, 2022. It has been tremendously beneficial in terms of wrist pain I was experiencing. However, in the past week it is not functioning in the same way. The curser won't move, or when it does I have to click several times to get the computer to respond. I tried charging it and it did seem to work better for a day or so. I don't use it as much as I used to, but it is not working as well. What can you do to help me?
