Content: Hello LekVey Team, I just received one of your mouse devices for Christmas and am trying to use it on my Windows 11 system. The scroll wheel doesn't seem to work and surfing the web, or looking at documents. How can I fix this, or should I send the product back because it is defective? It is a brand new mouse, and I have just opened it and am trying to use it for the first time, thanks.

Content: Hi- I've had this mouse for a little under a year and a half, and the past week or so, it's been having lag(?) issues. When I click on something, the system won't respond, or it's a delayed response that leads to the wrong thing being clicked on, trying multiple clicks before it works, etc. Any ideas what the issue is?

Content: Hello,I bought a Lekvey mouse through Amazon and as of recent, my mouse stopped working after connecting the USB to my laptop. Other mouses I use do work so I think its strictly a Lekvey problem. It says driver error and prior to this issue, I did have software update in my computer. I troubleshooted using the instructions from your website and online, but still doesn't work. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
