Content: Hi I just bought a new wireless mouse via Amazon (Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice). Upon plugging it in, both the left and the right buttons behave as a normal mouse right button. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling the driver, updating the driver, switching the left/right button behaviour via Windows. I plug my old mouse in and it works perfectly normally. I plug the new mouse in and it behaves strangely.Do you have any recommendations? If not, I'll have to return the mouse.

Content: Hello, I purchased a Lekvey Ergonomic mouse on Amazon in June 2023 and just recently it quit working. I have tried everything to get it to work again... charging, resetting, researching methods online, but nothing has worked. I'm wondering if I can have it fixed or get a replacement. There is no reason for it to stop working as it as lived in my office, never been dropped, and has only been used by myself. I really like using this mouse so I am hoping a repacement can be made possible. Content: My mouse stopped working. I charged it and it still won’t turn on. There is no light coming on under the mouse. The switch is turned to on. I used multiple chargers and restarted my computer. I also tried different USB ports on my computer as well as plugging the mouse in directly to the computer and still no luck
