Content: I bought a Lekvey Ergonomic mouse in May from Amazon. This is the 2nd one a bought - the first one a couple years ago. The new one worked on and off right from the start but I thought it might be my computre. When I got a new computer it still didnt work well and now it stopped completely. Do you offer a 1 year guarantee on the product? The old one is 3 years old and still works great. The new one has never been dropped or damaged, it just doesnt work.Thanks you,Gordon

Content: I am approximately 1 year into using my Levkey mouse for work. I use it twice a week, and it has stopped connecting. I have troubleshot it using the provided videos. Nothing is working suddenly.

Content: I purchased the wireless mouse from Amazon in July of 2024. As of today, 12/2/25 it has stopped working completely and will not even charge. I'm disappointed that this product lasted a little over a year as it has helped tremendously with my wrist pain. I've tried trouble shooting with no avail.

Content: Hello, I purchased a mouse and it will not connect or turn on. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting methods, but it still isn’t working. I’m using a Mac desktop, and the mouse does not stay powered on even after charging it for 5 hours. It also does not connect to my computer. If there is a solution, I would appreciate any help.
